Welcome to the Terms & Conditions Section of Smile Tours & Travels Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Smile Travels”/“we”/”us”/“our”/“the company”). At Smile Travels, we take all efforts in order to make sure that users (hereinafter referred to as “customers”/”you”/”your”) have a warm and delightful travel experience with us. For this, we advise users to read this section carefully before continuing to use our website. In order to use www.daheke.com, users are required to give their unqualified consent to these Terms & Conditions, and in any case, if you disagree/ decline any part of these Terms & Conditions, then you are advised to leave this site immediately. By using this website, you give your acceptance to these Terms & Conditions, and you undertake to comply with them.
Booking Terms:
Smile Travels will confirm booking only after the receipt of full payment at the time of the booking. Therefore, users are advised to reach us by calling at +(91) 999 9799 025 or e-mail us at [email protected] to book your air tickets/ hotels/ tours and call us +91 989 1111 986 or email us at [email protected] to book your cars respectively.
Once booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirming your booking. In case of any doubt/ concerns, you can get in touch with us for any further details regarding your booking.
Cancellation Terms:
Smile Travels will work on Booking Cancellation Requests only if we receive Cancellation Requests from users atleast 20 days prior of the date of departure for Hotel/ Tour Cancellations and at least 12 hours prior rental time. Therefore, users are advised to write about their Booking Cancellation Requests at [email protected] or call us at +(91) 999 9799 025 to confirm cancellation about your Air Tickets/ Hotels/ Tours Cancellation Requests and write us at [email protected] or call us at +(91) 989 1111 986 to confirm cancellation of your Car Cancellation Requests. Once booking is canceled, users will receive a Cancellation Confirmation Mail from Smile Travels and upon the receipt of your confirmation on the mail, we will cancel your respective booking.
Cancellation Charges applicable are stated below;
For Air Ticket Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your air ticket booking, respective airline’s cancellation charges will be applicable. Users are advised to consult at +(91) 999 9799 025 to confirm the airline cancellation charges.
For Hotels/ Tours Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your hotel/ tour/ car bookings, cancellation charges will be applicable as per following rates.

Note: Additional Cancellation Charges will be applicable for the cancellation of Extra Services & Partial Room Cancellation; applicable to hotel and tour booking only.
For Car Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your car bookings, cancellation charges will be applicable as per following rates.

Note: If customers doesn’t appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all paid amount will be non-refundable.
However, in case of any query/ doubt, users are advised to call us at +(91) 999 9799 025 for queries regarding tour/ hotel cancellation charges and +(91) 989 1111 986 for car cancellation related queries.
Refunds Terms:
Refund(s) will be made within 9-10 working days after cancellation upon payment as stated above in the Cancellation Terms section.
Note: In any case, we book any air ticket/ hotel/ tour/ car from third-party that asks for non-refundable amount at the time of booking, then the amount will be non-refundable. Users will be updated/ informed about these services at the time of booking confirmation.
Online Payment:
We only accept online payment made on our website through an online payment gateway system. For this, users are advised to verify Reference ID provided by the company when the booking is confirmed. Once the Reference ID is confirmed, verify invoice amount displayed in front of your screen, and then proceed to payment.
Smile Travels follows SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your personal details in against of any unlawful processing, accidental loss, unauthorized access, destruction or disclosure under control of Smile Travels. Therefore, whenever a user shares his/her card details while making a payment, their card details will be taken through an https secured payment gateway. Although, any other personal information/ details that asked to complete the booking process will be kept safe & secure in the private server in encrypted form to prevent any malicious use.
Offline Payment
Offline Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, and Cash. Cheque/Demand Draft should be made in the favour of “SMILE TOURS AND TRAVELS PVT. LTD” only. Refer to the Online Payment Page for specific details.
